We are a family company making hats since 2007 in both Missoula Montana and Bend Oregon.
All of JAX products are made with sustainable materials. We use upcycled sweaters and clothing to make your cherished lasting soft accessories. Hats, fingerless gloves, legwarmers, buff-danas, scarves and more are made with love, locals and a green thought.
We use high quality second hand fabrics, sergers and people in our local community to make our goods.
Wash with cold and lay flat to dry or fluff for best results. Can be washed in warm and dried if no wool present.

In understanding that JAX is a one of a kind uniquely made product we here at JAX want to provide quality and satisfaction.
Each hat is uniquely designed by hand. The different types of recycled fabrics means a slightly different fit per hat. We have a standard sizing system we follow to insure the best results. Please understand the nature of recycled and reused handmade items.
If you wish to return your hat we have options for you!
Returns- You may send back and receive a full refund for the original purchase with in 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges- You may send back and exchange your JAX product if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason with in 14 days of receiving your item. Most exchanges will be the customers responsibility to cover shipping. JAX will cover shipping if JAX deems themselves responsible for the reason for the desired exchange. Please send an email explaining your reasoning for exchange and the item desired in exchange to [email protected]. Please add photos or anything necessary for provide reason for exchange. Jax will refund the postage used for the transaction.
